Shri Narayan Guru Swami Educational Trust is a registered social and educational organization that has been working continuously for nearly 20 years in the fields of education, healthcare, and Ayurveda in Azamgarh district of Uttar Pradesh. The Trust is committed to providing quality healthcare and education to society through the rich Indian knowledge tradition, Ayurveda, Yoga, and naturopathy.
The Trust operates Narayaniyam Ayurveda and Kerala-style Panchakarma Wellness Centre, where traditional Kerala Panchakarma therapies are provided for the management of various chronic and lifestyle-related health conditions, along with preventive healthcare, rehabilitation, and wellness services.

The institution aims to make Ayurveda accessible to people from all sections of society and to provide safe, evidence-informed and effective healthcare approaches for health conditions associated with modern lifestyles.
Along with healthcare services, the Trust is successfully running Patanjali Ayurvedic School of Nursing, affiliated by Uttar Pradesh Ayurvedic younani tibbi board of medicine lucknow (Ministry of AYUSH), offering Course GNM ayu (3.2 Year) to prepare skilled AYUSH nursing personnel and Panchakarma technicians.
In addition, the Trust operates a Basic School & Camp Office at Gram Pathkauli New Colony, with special emphasis on the holistic development of students, moral education, character building, and Indian cultural values.
As part of its social commitment, the institution regularly organizes free medical camps, health awareness campaigns, Yoga and Ayurveda training programmes, women’s health awareness programmes, school health check-up camps, and rural healthcare initiatives.

Having successfully provided its services in Uttar Pradesh, the institution is now proposing the establishment of a comprehensive Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy and Kerala-style Panchakarma-based Wellness Centre and Training Institute in the state of Uttarakhand.
The proposed project aims to develop a world-class AYUSH wellness centre in harmony with the natural, cultural, and spiritual heritage of Uttarakhand. The project will also focus on providing employment and skill-development opportunities to local youth, promoting medical and wellness tourism, strengthening healthcare services, and contributing to the economic development of the state.
